Chemistry and Political Science Major, Mesa College and the University of California at Santa Barbara

Professional Background
After joining Allen & O�Hara, Inc. in 1971, Craig managed food service operations at residence halls located in California and Georgia through 1976. He then served for three years as general manager of the Castilian (University of Texas at Austin). In 1980, he was promoted to regional director student housing, and in 1984, he assumed the duties of regional director-apartments. Commencing in 1993, Craig was responsible for the regional directorship of both student housing and apartments. In 1998, he became vice president for acquisitions. Craig�s current position is that of Executive Vice President and the President of Allen & O�Hara Education Services, Inc., which provides our management services.

Craig is a member of the Memphis Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He formerly served as a member, board member, and president of the Institute�s Memphis Chapter. He holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation conferred by the Institute of Real Estate Management. He has been named CPM of the Year, and has served as an Institute regional vice president. He currently serves as a Governing Councilor of the Institute. Craig was founding director of the VECA community development corporation, a corporation created to redevelop inner city residential housing.
