This 936-bed residence hall at North Carolina State University was developed in 1989 by Allen & O'Hara Education Services, LLC. The 9-story facility includes a full food service on the top floor. Units are suite-style, with two, fully-furnished, double-occupancy bedrooms sharing a bath. Amenities include: computer lab, TV lounges on each floor, recreation area, exercise facility, central laundry, swimming pool and sand volleyball court. The project includes a parking garage that accommodates 450 cars.

Each year North Carolina State allows approximately 600 - 700 freshmen to live at the facility.

The property has run at full occupancy since opening and does a strong summer conference/camp business as well. Management and Residence Life services are provided by Allen & O'Hara Education Services, LLC. AOES also operates the food service department.
