Each bedroom is wired directly to the University computer network and furnished with telephone and cable TV.

The project clubhouse includes: a TV lounge, exercise facility, and computer lab. Other amenities include a swimming pool, gazebo with BBQ area and picnic tables, tennis court, fenced property with access gate and abundant parking.

Allen & O'Hara manages the facility and provides Residence Life Programming.
