Allen & O'Hara worked with Higgins Development Co. in the development of the project. Allen & O'Hara is handling all management duties. The market rate housing is planned for occupancy by faculty, staff, and graduate students. The undergraduate student housing will be built on top of street level retail and community service facilities. Higgins Development Partners were selected to be the land developer of this multi use project on and adjacent to campus, with Allen & O'Hara as the student housing consultant and manager.
