This 192 unit, 396-bed, 3-story apartment complex offers upper class students their choice of 2- or 4- bedroom floor plans (although the complex is comprised mostly of 2 BR units). All units are accessed by interior corridors. Amenities include: private bedrooms, living/dining area, full kitchen with washer and dryer, and complete furnishings. Each bedroom is wired for computer, telephone and cable TV hookups.

The project's community center provides a TV lounge, group study room, and a business office. A unique aspect of this project is the reuse of an existing historic elementary school on the site. This unique building was redeveloped with loft style apartment units, a community center, and security card access to each building.

The balance of the site is being developed with newly-constructed apartment buildings.

Allen & O'Hara manages the facility and provides Residence Life Programming.
