We seek to acquire student housing communities that possess sound market fundamentals, are well-located near the university or college served, and the will benefit from expertise provided by our ownership and management team.

We purchase "all cash" or subject to debt. The seller can choose to liquidate its position entirely, or remain in the investment in a minority position. Many sellers choose to remain in the investment in a minority position because it allows them to continue to capture a portion of the future cash flow from the franchise that they have brought to us, they are freed from management and asset management responsibilities, and yet they remain connected to the property and campus of which they are proud to be a part.

Our team has extensive experience in buying student housing in a number of categories. These include garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise properties. These may be new, stabilized, mature, or in need of re-positioning or renovation. We buy both apartment-style and residence hall designed buildings. The college or university may be in a rural, suburban or urban setting.
